ALGONQUIN

Originally made in New York City’s Algonquin Hotel, only two blocks from Times Square, this cocktail is surprisingly reminiscent of a tropical beach. It’s the perfect cocktail for a summer’s day spent outside, or simply for a night in. If you’re looking for a spicy, fruity zing, look no further than the Algonquin.
Ingredients:
  1. 1½ oz Select Club Reserve 91 Whisky
  2. ¾ oz vermouth
  3. ¾ oz pineapple juice

Method:
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
